Rod Kirkpatrick

Co-Founder

Rod qualified as a journalist with a penchant for photography. Eighteen months later, he was running his own news-photo agency, developing valuable relationships with the national news and picture desks.

For Rod, everything is about the ‘story’. He is an expert at identifying the most relevant narrative and uses stunning aesthetics to carry the message. He is a master of finding beauty in the most unlikely places. Never a day off; Rod’s mind carries an ever-evolving catalogue of unique shoot locations.

Rod’s skilled photography and lifetime fascination with motor vehicles has led to working with global vehicle brands. He has adventured his way around the world, filming and photographing motor rallies, with his most recent trip taking him across the Sahara Desert, documenting a rally to Dakar for MCN.

Backed up with experience in motorcycle racing, Rod has a fearless and determined approach to capturing dynamic shots. If he can visualise it; he will get it. Shooting whilst strapped backwards, pillion on a motorbike, or hanging out of speeding vehicles - it is all just another day in the office.

Proud owner of a ridiculous bright orange Citroen 2CV - Rod wins back his cool, supporting the NHS by volunteering as a blood-biker.
